While visiting England in December 2011,  I was able to visit Stonehenge, Bath, Windsor, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, St. Paul's Cathedral and other locations.  Riding the London Underground was essential in order to get around London to see the sights and architecture.  London is a fascinating city and on many city blocks, several hundred years of architecture could be seen all in the same location.  The city is festive and I always felt the strong desire to be outside walking the streets of London.  Click on the links below to view photos of some of the places I visited while in England.  Click here to see how people really bring in the new year!
